Dunblane Museum

I visited the Dunblane Museum to deliver the Hansard record of the debate on Local Museums, in which I spoke to outline the importance of museums such as the one in Dunblane.

After I handed over the record, Honourary Curator Marjorie Davies and volunteers gave me a tour of the delightful collection on show. The collection includes a lovely garden, and a new exhibition of Andy Murray's title-winning tennis gear, donated by the Murray family.

It's certainly worth a visit if you haven't been. I particularly enjoyed the 19th century newspaper 'The True Briton'!
