I am advertising for a new caseworker to join my enthusiastic team in the constituency office. This is an opportunity for someone who is new to case work or perhaps someone who would like to undertake a qualification as part of an apprenticeship.
This role is an entry level case worker post. Case work is a major part of what a member of parliament does and constituents bring forward issues that they need help and support with. This can be anything from getting the lamp post outside their house fixed to a major immigration inquiry.
This post will work with the senior caseworker who will help to train them on how to undertake casework and they will work together to ensure that all casework is done and constituents are helped.
If you are interested, please take a look at the job description. If you would like to apply, please submit a CV and a covering letter to my Chief of Staff, Neil Benny. His email is firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also give him a shout if you want an informal chat about the role to see if it is for you.
The closing date for applications is the 8th November 2018 and interviews will take place on the 16th November. The interviews will take place in Stirling.
